Boris Kozlov is the Founder and CEO of AC3D. He leads the company’s strategy, technology development, fundraising, global expansion, and delivery of construction 3D-printing projects.

Under his leadership, AC3D has developed a vertically integrated construction technology platform combining proprietary large-scale 3D printers, materials, software, building systems, and project execution. The company works with leading developers and infrastructure organizations, including DP World, Aldar, DAMAC, and Dubai Municipality, and is expanding its presence in the United States.

Boris has more than a decade of experience in additive manufacturing, developing and commercializing industrial 3D-printing technologies and helping manufacturers integrate them into production. Earlier in his career, he led international sales and complex supply operations across more than 30 countries in a highly regulated healthcare sector.

His expertise spans technology commercialization, R&D management, fundraising, global business development, and building multidisciplinary teams. Boris holds a degree in Company Management and Marketing from the Higher School of Economics.
