Description

Construction 3D printer Codemason Lab is designed to print small-scale objects.
Its main purposes are:

– R&D ;
– Material tests using mixtures based on cement, geopolymer, gypsum, and other materials ;
– Education purposes, for universities and colleges ;
– Prototyping and testing new designs;
– Printing small-scale commercial concrete products.

Rigid structure of the gantry, along with an automated control system with advanced drives, ensures smooth and precise movements with high printing accuracy, surface quality, and speed.
Features of the printer:

– Rolling cart, which allows to easily remove the printed parts and use the print area again without delay ;
– Valve on the printing head to allow idle travel of the print head ;
– Hose balancing system to avoid manual hose management ;
– Special hopper on top of the pump which allows easy material loading and testing different batches.
